Really very busy looking for jobs for the past few days after I quitted. Scared I cannot find a job for weeks, like one of my friend. So better work hard in finding a job.
These few days was busy and tiring for me.
Day 1
- Received lots of calls from the agency and 2 asked me down for interview at their office
- Well, they told me about what kind of company they will send my resumes to, what kind of positions were available...
Day 2
- Went down to an interview at another job agency again
- Quickly rushed down for another interview at a hiring company
---> The interview was at Raffles Place, the interviewers (2 of them)... stressed...
- Then, after the interview, quickly took mrt down to another company for another interview
---> The interview was at Teban area...
**my legs were hurting by then due to the heels and I plaster my toes all over coz of the blisters
- After all the interviews, I was already drained out by then. All my brain juices were used up in answering to their questions.
- What's worst, I can't get myself to sleep that night. Maybe because I was too active in the day.
Day 3
- Have another interview at Boon Lay area
- Before that, I went to ICA to make my passport as I need to change the photo. And the person doesn't allow us to change since they have changed all to the biometric ones.
- So we have to request for the officer to help us make the letter (ok... it costs us $15 for that piece of paper!!)
- Didn't have the time to make the biometric passport anymore as I'll be leaving on Sun.
- after that, rush down for that interview and didn't have my lunch
- thought the interview will be like ard 30 mins like the rest...... BUT... it took ard 2 hours!
- was all freezed out at the interview coz they asked so many questions and asked me to promote myself to them, which I have completely no idea how to since I don't have the kind of experience they are looking for and I am not the bubbly, outgoing person they are looking for.
So, it's hard to promote someone I am not. And i trembled after like 1 hour... partly coz i am hungry and partly coz they questioned alot.
- Went home, tired and toes hurting until it became blue-black.
- Received a call saying I am offered that job!
- Happy, at least that 2 hours not wasted.
Day 4
- Cycling with maine at our area with my mum.
- Have fun, but it rained. Luckily it was when we were about to head back home
- Went to the place to signed the letter of appointment
- The company has high expectations on me, hope I won't disappoint them
- After that, went to dye my hair (haha...)
- Then, attend church as there was a special speaker
Day 5 (today)
- ahh... wake up early in the morning, so nice to slp coz of the rainy day
- headed down to MOE with rach to be her guarantor (hope she won't run away during her time with NIE)
- then, dropped by at a hotel to see how my new company is doing their events as they invited me over to have a look
- shop a while and went home to sleep
Will not be in Singapore... bye......
