Well, decisions are sometimes hard to make. Maybe because I'm not a person who's good at making good and accurate decision. haha.. Or maybe because I have an answer to what I wanted but just lack of confirmation from other people or lack of confidence to make that decision myself.
My boss asked me to stay behind to work for her and the company is willing to pay for my education fees without any bond. Well, it's really a good opportunity and an attractive offer. But, my heart is not there... hmm...but I just need to stay on for 2 more years for my degree to finish and I can quit. It's kinda bad la... coz using the company's money for your education and leaving it after you have completed what you want. hmm.....
ya... hmm... or should I just go ahead to find another job and do part time study.......
so tired at work.
It's not easy training up new people. I am rather drained out. Lack of sleep these few days, worrying too much as there are so much things to be taught and the new girl who is taking over me is not really picking up the things fast.
Hmm... so got a bit frustrated and tired. Just hope next week will end fast.
Got a bit frustrated and angry with the new girl somehow, but I got a hold of myself not to throw my temper at her. I don't know what is wrong with her, whatever I asked her to do, I will show her once and let her try. So as we go along the way, she will take down the steps and whatever I said to her. But..... she's not referring back to what I said when she is doing the job and keep forgetting the things she has to do.
Hmm... so I asked her to refer back to her book and I wouldn't scold her, she can feel free to ask me anything that she's not clear about. but she said that she don't know where she has written down the steps... coz she just scribble the whole chunk in the book and she can't find.
haiz.... I really don't have much time to teach her.
Please let her learn faster and not forgetting the important things that will be done frequently.
haha... read this in my fren's blog, also felt the same as her.. haha... below are what she wrote and how she felt, haha... it's very true... nowadays, I don't think that happen to the teenagers....
1. You grew up brushing your teeth with a mug in Primary school during recess time. You will squat by a drain with all your classmates beside you, and brush your teeth with a coloured mug. The teachers said you must brush each side 10 times too.
[Yesh! I remembered we had to squat by the drain in eco-garden. & yes, TEN times each side. The dentist will send some student to ur class with a red file to CALL YOUR NAME for dental checks]
2. SBS buses used to be non-airconditioned. The bus seats are made of wood and the cushion is red. The big red bell gives a loud BEEEP! when pressed. There are colourful tickets for TIBS buses.
[Yah, I can vividly recalled. & then if the bus tickets number add up to 21, u can make a wish! haha]
3. You've probably read Young Generation magazine. You know who's Vinny the little vampire and Acai the constable.
[haha, I bought every issue!]
4. You were there when they first introduced MRT here. You went for the first ride with your parents and you would kneel on the seat to see the scenery.
[Can't rem if we were the first batch, but boarding the MRT was as happy as making a trip to McDonald's to me at that time, & snatching a seat with a window view was a must!]
5. You longed to buy tibits called Kaka(20 cents per pack), and Ding Dang(50 cents per box), that had a toy in it and it changes every week not forgetting the 15 cents animal crackers and the ring pop, where the lollipop is the diamond on the ring.
[I liked the Ding Dang very much!! and yah, the diamond ring too!]
6. Hardy Boys, Nancy Drew, The Three Investigators, Famous Five and Secret Seven are probably the thickest story books you ever thought you have read. Even Sweet Valley High and Malory Towers.
[Sweet Valley was my fave!! What's was the twin' name??.. Jessica & Elizabeth!! and their bfs was Todd & Aaron! & I was mad abt Goosebumps & Fear Street too!]
7. Science was fun with the balsam and the angsana being the most important plants of our lives.[Yah Angsana!! Must even pick them up & drawwwwww!]
8. Who can forget Ahmad, Bala, Sumei and John, eternalized in our minds from the textbooks. Even Mr Willy.
[haha... I think they are the characters in our Math text]
9. You did stupid exercises like seal crawl and frog jumps.
[I think I enjoyed those when U spilt into grps & grab some beanbags to & fro to see which gp finished first & all sat down]
10. Every children's day and national day you either get pins or pens with'Happy Children's Day 1993' or dumb files with Happy National Day 1994'.
[Haha.. yah.]
11. In Primary six you had to play buddy for the younger kids like big sister and brother.
[Yesh! I was perfect, this was a chore]
12. The worksheets were made of brown rough paper of poor quality.
[Yah, they didnt have white papers that time??]
13. You went to school in slippers and a raincoat when it rained,and you find a dry spot in the school to sit down, dry your feet, and wear your dry and warm socks and shoes.
[haha! Exactly! My mum forced me, I thought this was too troublesome. & I used to envy those who had those colourful boots for walking in the rain!]
14. You freak out when the teacher tells you to line up according to height and hold hands with the corresponding boy or girl.
[Not so much abt freaking out holding hands with boys, but I rem while making our way back from assembly hall to classrm, one hand was holding hands with ur partner, and the other will be placed on ur lips.. the teacher screamed "keep quiet! Fingers on ur lips!]
15. Handkerchiefs were a must for both genders.
[haha.. yesh, I still kept those handkerchiefs today]
16. Collecting notebooks and all kinds of stationery was a popular thing.
[I collected erasers, and those that looked like lipsticks were my fave]
17. Autograph books were loaded with "Best Wishes", "ForgetMeNot", and small poems like "Bird fly high, hard to catch. Friend like you, hard to forget".
[Haha.. I think there was still "Roses are red, Violets are blue..." or Math Makes Me Mad]
18. Class monitors and prefects loved to say "You talk somemore, I write your name ah!"
[Muhaha.. when the monitor wrote my name, I'll say "I never talk! She talked to me first one!! --> pinpoint my friend]
Last sat is finally our so long cell grp outing!
Off to the Mind's Cafe! yay!!!
haha.. we played alot of games there, mostly thinking games. Not so much on the shouting and more exciting games. haha..

After that we went shopping? shopping for mother's day cake. yea.. and sam's present and other stuff.. haha.. but we have fun at spotlight, hehe...
oh yes, just now a very funny thing happen just now. I laugh until I almost cried. haha..
It all started like this.......
maine gave me my belated bday present ytd. So on the church bus, i unwrapped the present.
It's a chocolate! Dark chocolate somemore! Then, I show it to my mother, who was beside me. She was saying better don't eat too much, so fat already.
Then, was thinking, 'Ya la... so fat already, will eat it when I have the time or when I have nothing to chew.'
I went back home and put the present into the fridge. Coz ytd got programmes going on that day, so din really have time to eat the chocolate.
And today, I was busy watching the series on youtube in my room and didn't bother what was going on outside the living room. My dad was kinda hungry and was finding something to fill his hunger. Actually, he was looking for chips, but I took it into my room so that I can eat while watching the series. Bo bian, he got to find something else. And.... he saw the chocolate. My mum told him that we could all eat it.
Being a very considerate mother, she took out the chocolate while asking my dad to take the BIGGEST knife, which happens to be a chopper. As you know, when chocolate is put in the fridge, it tends to become kinda hard. Therefore, a Big knife is very useful here to break the chocolate into pieces.
My mum used all her strength to cut the chocolate.
"Tok!" "Tok!!" "Tok!"
Eh???!! How come the chocolate so hard... still haven't break yet! Ok, my mum chopped the chocolate again. Still cannot leh... then my dad say,'forget it, so hard also very hard to eat. Don't cut liao.'
But my mum don't wana give up, she juz... argh...
don't want to give up.She went to lick on the chocolate instead. At least can get a taste of it, she also happy? haha... Eh??!! No taste one... why this chocolate not nice one... no taste one leh.....
Somehow, I don't know what they did and how they meddle with the chocolate. In the end, they burst into laughter.
Guess what they found out??
It's a mirror!! Alamak!! When my dad came knocking into my room and show me, I was STUNNED. What??? Mirror!!! Then, when I heard about the story, I was laughing like mad... wanted to faint ar... But it was very funny. haha... All thanks to maine.. haha... think she didn't thought that such a thing would happen. wahhaha...
So silly.. haha...
