finally got the courage to put on braces. that's after 10 yearsSsss... so longggggg.......
Not sure what made me want to really go ahead to do it, but... well, it's done!

Can't really eat on the first 2 days due to the stretch of the teeth. But after that, I can eat "lions"... wahaha... hm.. perhaps more hard stuff but not vegetables and meat. My teeth still can't take them.
There wasn't any extraction of teeth as the orthodontist said he wanted to align them first and stretch as far as they can until a few mths later when he's not satisfied with the result, he will extract my 4 poor healthy living teeth out... owwww.....
Pray hard that those teeth will align by itself just with those metal things and no extraction will be needed. If not, I will really faint. the experience in primary school was already enough. can't bring myself to think back those memories.. OUCH!

Going for another checkup on Monday. Hopefully, I can eat again! :)

Thanks to all who celebrated my birthday with me! :)

Thanks for all the efforts and time put in to organise this lunch/dinner for me.

went to do some painting of bed at a home. it's a company organised thing... so my friend and I volunteered. it's super tiring. perspire like mad when we scrapping the paint off the bed. and those sweat came dripping down. wa.... it's quite tiring but quite fun. And i did a hair cut on my way home.

hm... i think as a HR, i am still lacking in alot of things from what i've seen in today's volunteering work. hopefully, i can be more outspoken and friendlier ba.
